Mediations

Available in-person or by Zoom

Mediation fees vary depending on the amount in controversy and the number of parties.  For a two-party mediation, fees will generally start at the following:

  • Half-day:         $900 per party
  • Full-day:         $1,700 per party

A Proven Mediator and Trial Attorney

Mediation Experience:

  • Certificated and trained in 2011
  • Mediated approximately 500 cases to date
  • Cases vary in type (e.g. – personal injury, insurance litigation, commercial litigation, etc.)

Arbitration Experience:

  • Panel arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association starting in 2021

Education:

  • Duke University graduate in 1993 (Phi Beta Kappa and Fulbright Scholar)
